When great minds meet and freely exchange world-changing ideas, an even greater intelligence can emerge.

In Birmingham there is an initiative set up to encourage this greater intelligence.

At Science Capital’s Digital World Meeting participants were given the opportunity to discuss the latest in computing, communication and Smart Cities.

The Information Daily spoke to Anne Wilkinson, Growth Manager for the national GrowthAccelerator service in Birmingham, Solihull and Bromsgrove.

GrowthAccelerator helps companies in England with growth potential to achieve their ambitions. The intention of GrowthAccelerator is to help businesses double within three years, by providing access to mentoring and connections to finance and development experts.

Anne's role is to ensure that businesses with true growth potential in Birmingham, Solihull and Bromsgrove benefit from GrowthAccelerator and that it delivers bespoke solutions to support a company to reach its full growth potential.

Take a look at the video above to find out about Anne’s work with Science Capital.
